About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefit programs. As a key point of contact for benefit questions, you will partner closely with vendors and coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions.

Your primary focus will be keeping our benefits experience clear, compliant, and employee-friendly, with a special emphasis on the Open Enrollment period. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees and consultants, resolving issues with empathy and discretion. You will manage the full lifecycle of benefits administration, from processing 401(k) and HSA contributions to monitoring vendor error files and ensuring timely communications. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support critical projects that enhance our benefits ecosystem.
