We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Benefits Administrator to serve as the backbone of our employee benefit programs. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for benefit questions, ensuring a clear, compliant, and employee-friendly experience for our workforce.
Your day will involve partnering closely with vendors, payroll, and accounting teams to ensure accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions. You will play a critical role during Open Enrollment, coordinating communications and plan documentation to keep everyone informed. Whether resolving sensitive issues with empathy, troubleshooting discrepancies in HSA/FSA accounts, or managing weekly COBRA changes, your work ensures our benefits ecosystem runs smoothly and efficiently.
