We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-minded Benefits Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our employee benefit programs. As a remote team member, you will serve as a key point of contact for benefit questions, partnering closely with vendors and coordinating with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate deductions, billing, and plan contributions.
Your work will be instrumental in keeping our benefits experience clear, compliant, and employee-friendly, with a special focus on the Open Enrollment period. You will act as the first point of contact for employees and consultants, resolving issues with empathy and discretion while managing sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
