As an Entry-Level ABA Therapist, you will provide one-on-one services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior. You will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans while fostering a positive learning environment for clients and connecting with their families.
Your work will take place in clients' homes or community-based locations. Success in this role requires patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. You will collaborate closely with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness and record session data accurately using electronic devices.
No prior ABA experience is required; we provide comprehensive training to get you started. All candidates must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course. We are looking for individuals willing to make a minimum 6-month commitment to help change the lives of our clients.
