About the Role
We are now hiring Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) for Evening, Overnight, and Weekend shifts. In this role, you will manage all daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications. You will serve as a vital support system for our clients, overseeing engagement and morale to maintain a warm and positive recovery environment.
As a key member of the team, you will train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities. You will also ensure that both clients and staff comply with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures, escalating any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician as needed.
