Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage all daily residential operations including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, and medications
- check_circleTrain and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
- check_circleEscalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician
- check_circleOversee client engagement and morale to maintain a warm and positive recovery environment
- check_circleEnsure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or GED preferred
- verifiedValid driver's license preferred
- verifiedCPR certification preferred
- verifiedIf in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
Nice to Have
High School diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. CPR certification.
