About the Role
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I for our Sage Village program in Stockton. This direct service position is designed to assist members in achieving crisis resolution and maintaining wellness while living in the community. You will play a vital role in advocating for our members, helping them apply for and receive necessary services, and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their mental health treatment.
In this role, you will model recovery-focused behaviors and engage clients in developing meaningful roles. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the development of activities and programming, providing on-the-spot counseling consistent with our philosophy, and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all members. You will also be responsible for safely transporting members to appointments and activities using a personal vehicle, maintaining a clean driving record, and managing timely paperwork and intake processes.
