At ABS Kids, we find our purpose in the "wow moments" our clients experience each day as they learn new skills and reach new goals. Our shared experiences are the milestones that influence our work, and the mission of supporting children with autism spectrum disorder and their families feeds our spirit. With every "wow moment," we see our impact grow.
We are empowered by the breadth of our differences. Our mission is to create a culture where all people thrive because their diverse stories are heard and celebrated. We commit to an evolving understanding of diversity as we learn from one another.
Join us as a Behavior Technician and discover the "wow" for yourself in your career path. You will teach kids while playing, following a treatment plan specific to each child. Your day will involve observing, playing, and collecting data to write progress notes, helping children learn essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills.
You will work on goals with the child to shape challenging behaviors into communication skills, making a tangible difference in the life of a child. This role offers a clear career path with milestones, rewards, bonuses, and promotions through our LAUNCH program. You will also learn transferable skills that open doors to great careers in behavior health.
We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status.
