About the Role
Join us as a Behavior Technician to discover "wow" for yourself in your career path. In this role, you will teach kids while playing, following a treatment plan specific to each child. You will help children learn essential life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills, while working on goals that shape challenging behaviors into communication skills.\n Your day will involve observing, playing, and collecting data to write progress notes. You will need to be energetic, playful, and creative, able to think on your feet and constantly get up and down off the floor.
