Start a fulfilling journey at Autism Learning Partners, where you will support children and teens with autism in reaching their full potential. This role is designed for individuals who are caring, dependable, and eager to make a positive impact every day. Whether you are looking for a part-time opportunity or a full-time career, you will build a meaningful path while helping families see real progress and hope.
You will primarily provide services in clients' homes, with some sessions held in local centers depending on specific needs. The work is dynamic and active; you will be moving around, playing, and engaging with energetic children throughout your sessions. Your mission is to help kids learn through play, teaching new skills like communication, sharing, and following directions through fun games and activities. You will serve as a positive role model, encouraging progress and celebrating small victories daily.
While prior certification is not required, we provide full, paid training to help you become a certified Behavior Technician. We value a big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with active children. If you have a background in babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, or youth groups, you are likely a great fit.
To get started, we look for candidates who are reliable and ready to commit to our schedule. You must have a reliable car, driver's license, and insurance, as well as the ability to pass background and health checks. Once you apply, you will undergo our comprehensive paid training program, which prepares you for the unique needs of our clients.
Autism Learning Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are proud to support a diverse workforce and encourage applicants from all backgrounds.
