About the Role

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for those with no prior ABA experience. As an Entry-Level ABA Therapist, you will serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans. You will provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community-based locations, recording session data accurately and collaborating with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

This role is ideal for students, part-time job seekers, or those in education fields such as teachers, teacher assistants, and paraprofessionals. We offer flexible afternoon and evening shifts to accommodate your schedule. While all positions start part-time, we are looking for candidates willing to make a long-term commitment of at least six months to truly impact our clients' lives. We provide comprehensive training, including the required 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, to ensure you are fully prepared.
