Horizon Blue ABA exists to make high-quality care accessible to Medicaid families across New York City. We believe that whether you've worked with kids before or this is where your journey begins, we want to meet you where you are.
Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) are the heart of this work. You are the one building trust, showing up consistently, and helping children grow in ways that matter. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are hands-on, engaged, and genuinely invested in teaching you how to be great at this job. You won't be left to figure it out alone; you'll have people in your corner who want to see you succeed because when you do, kids do.
We work in homes across New York City, and we'll help you find placements that fit your life. If you care about kids and want to do work that means something, we'll help you build the skills to do it well as well as support you in building a career in ABA.
We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules depending on client availability and cases. Clients are generally available between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends. There are multiple openings across all five boroughs of New York City.
We foster a supportive, team-oriented environment with significant growth opportunities. We provide paid training and certification support to ensure you are equipped for success.
