Horizon Blue ABA was built around one belief: that every child deserves consistent, skilled, and caring support. Our Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) make that real, one session at a time, in the homes of families who are counting on us.
This work asks a lot of you, but it also gives a lot back. You will see a child communicate for the first time, or finally feel safe enough to try something new, and you will know you were part of that. As a Behavioral Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in both home and clinic settings.
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are the kind of supervisors who share what they know and genuinely want to help you grow. We work with you to find the right families and the right fit so that the work stays meaningful and you keep getting better at it. No matter where you're starting from, if you're committed to the kids, we're committed to you and will help you build your ABA career here.
We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules depending on client availability and cases. Openings are available across all five boroughs. Client hours typically fall between 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekends.
We are open to considering both experienced and inexperienced RBTs/BTs. To support your journey, we provide paid training and certification support, ensuring you have the foundation needed to succeed in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Work model: On-site
