Vero ENT Associates, part of the Elevate ENT Partners group, is a full-service Otolaryngology practice located in Vero Beach, Florida. Situated on the Treasure Coast halfway between West Palm Beach and Daytona Beach, the practice serves a charming coastal community with a comprehensive suite of ancillary services, including robust Audiology, Allergy, and Speech-Language Pathology departments.
The team is supported by advanced in-house capabilities, featuring a CT scanner, full-range allergy testing, VNG, FEES, videostroboscopies, and a small surgical suite for minor rhinologic procedures. The practice operates in a convenient building that houses both the office and the Grove Place Surgery Center, with affiliated privileges at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital.
We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Otolaryngologist to join our provider team of three MDs, three NPs, three AuDs, and one SLP. This opportunity offers a rare partnership track, allowing both early-career and experienced physicians to establish long-term roots in the area. The role is designed for those looking to build a sustainable practice with minimal trauma call responsibilities and airway management that is kept to a minimum.
As a partner-track physician, you will benefit from a supportive environment that includes a mentorship program for early-career providers. The position offers a flexible on-call schedule of one week per month, with extra compensation provided for ER call duties.
