We are seeking an OB-GYN Program Director to join our Southcentral Kentucky practice, offering a unique balance of clinical patient care, teaching future physicians, and a flexible work/life program. This position is designed for a physician who thrives in a dual environment, combining administrative leadership with hands-on clinical practice.
In this role, you will serve as a vital role model and mentor to our OB/GYN residents. You will actively participate in developing our curriculum and maintaining didactics, while taking the initiative in quality improvement projects and scholarly activities. The position requires a 50/50 split between administrative and clinical responsibilities, allowing you to shape the next generation of physicians while maintaining your own clinical expertise.
