About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 8,000 stores and continuing to grow. We have partnered with service industry leaders to bring top-notch beauty services to our customers in-store. As a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our Beauty & Personal Care department, responsible for the end-to-end customer experience.
You will share your passion for the beauty industry by providing personalized product advice, demonstrating the latest trends and techniques, and delivering paid beauty services. Your role is to ensure every customer receives a world-class beauty advisor experience, from engaging them with our Beauty Club programs to guiding them through consultations and services. You will act as a brand expert, helping customers feel good about themselves while contributing to their overall path to better health.
