About the Role
It is a great time to join the beauty retail division of CVS Health, America's leading retail pharmacy with more than 8,000 stores. As a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our Beauty & Personal Care department, partnering with service industry leaders to bring top-notch beauty services directly to our customers in-store.
Your day will be defined by your passion for the beauty industry and your commitment to a world-class customer experience. You will share the latest beauty trends and techniques, providing personalized product advice and performing paid beauty services, including ear-piercing. You will act as the brand expert, guiding customers through their beauty journey while managing time effectively between consultations, scheduled services, and walk-in clients. By maintaining a beautiful, clean, and well-stocked zone, you ensure a positive shopping environment that reflects the highest standards of service.
