About the Role
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is the advisor on our customer's journey. Your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience by helping customers navigate their beauty needs, whether that involves hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails.
We provide the knowledge and training you need to succeed; you bring the passion and personality. You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, and recommend products that complement your customers' styles. From setting up advertising displays to ensuring customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program, you will be the face of our brand. We offer a range of working schedules to suit everyone's needs, allowing you to thrive in a creative, fun, and passionate environment.
