About the Role
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on one primary objective: creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will be the advisor on the customer's journey. This role requires knowledge and training, which Sally Beauty provides, while you bring your passion and personality.
You will build relationships, inspire loyalty, and recommend products that complement a customer's needs. You will inform customers of current promotions, set up advertising displays, and ensure they are enrolled in our Loyalty program. The environment is creative, fun, and filled with people who are passionate about beauty, offering ample opportunity for growth and a great education regarding our products.
