With over 100 years of experience in the insurance business, our members trust us to make sure their most valuable assets are properly covered. At AAA, we offer multiple top-tier carriers and provide a stable organization where you can access a large member base of over 800,000 existing members.
We are looking for motivated insurance agents to join our Downtown Portland office. This position is designed for self-starters who possess strong sales ability and customer service skills. You will work with a defined business schedule (Monday through Friday) with no overhead expenses, allowing you to focus on serving our members and achieving high income potential.
The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and a desire to serve our members. While a Property & Casualty license is required, training is available for non-licensed candidates. If not licensed upon hire, you must successfully pass the licensing exam within 30 days of hire, or within three examination attempts, whichever occurs first.
At AAA, we embrace the word "go" but know when to slow down and breathe in. We believe in quality time, family time, and getting home on weeknights and away on weekends. We are forward-thinking, looking for balance, security, and stability. We are sons, daughters, mothers, and fathers who are doers, sharers, and learners. We get our feet wet: we hike, bike, ski, surf, climb, fish, hunt, and gather. We go for a great deal, a challenging workout, and a wide-open road. We drive, ride, cruise, and fly. We are sightseers, adventurers, and explorers; discovering new places, uncovering new worlds. We go for the past, present, and future. We are AAA.
Eligibility for hire is based on a clean background check and drug screen. Please see the full job description attached for complete details.
