About the Role
The Bartender Marketing Model at Clevelander South Beach is a unique hybrid role designed to deliver "the ultimate guest experience." You will serve as the face of the brand, blending the art of mixology with the presence of a professional model. This position is not just about pouring drinks; it is about creating a memorable, high-energy atmosphere where guests feel entertained and engaged.
As a Goodwill Ambassador for the Clevelander, you will interact with guests in a cordial and gracious manner, building loyalty through exceptional service. You will be responsible for promoting the Clevelander brand and its services to a targeted customer base, often performing in-house modeling programs and special events. Whether you are bartending, presenting, or simply engaging with the crowd, your appearance, posture, and style must consistently reflect the Clevelander brand standards and current fashion trends.
Day in the Life
Your day will be a dynamic mix of hospitality and performance. You will prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine using standard recipes, while simultaneously ensuring the bar area remains clean and organized. Beyond the bar, you will act as a presenter, modeling Clevelander apparel and accessories to showcase the brand's lifestyle. You will build rapport with guests by informing them of daily specials and upcoming events, all while maintaining a professional, safe, and courteous work environment.
This role requires high energy and the ability to multitask in a mostly outdoor environment, particularly during evening and weekend hours. You will be expected to maintain a well-groomed appearance and weight consistent with modeling industry requirements, ensuring your movement and gestures reflect model aesthetics. Your goal is to create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
