As a Bartender at Row NYC, you will be the face of our bar, responsible for the complete setup of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. You will play a vital role in maintaining the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction, and control over liquor inventory. Your day-to-day involves setting up the bar according to hotel standards, preparing beverages and cocktails to our mixing and presentation standards, and serving guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor. You will also be responsible for breaking down the bar after functions, following all state liquor laws, and responding to guest needs and concerns with care and efficiency.
