About the Role
As a Starbucks partner, you will be the heart of the store, responsible for maintaining regular and consistent attendance while adapting to flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Your day will involve preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, managing cash handling, and ensuring store safety and security.
You will engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication, working as part of a team to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift. No previous experience is required; we are invested in your growth journey, empowering you through developmental experiences and a supportive culture.
