We believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. Every shift is a chance to brighten someone's day. Whether it's a warm smile or remembering a favorite order, you create moments that matter. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and take pride in your work, we'd love to have you on our team.
As a Starbucks partner, you will be the heart of the store, responsible for maintaining regular and consistent attendance while available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Your day will involve engaging with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication, while preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for individual preferences.
You will perform many different tasks within the store during each shift, ensuring store operating policies and standards are met, including providing quality products, cash handling, and store safety and security. Success in this role requires the ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and work effectively as part of a team to build relationships.
We are invested in your growth journey, empowered through developmental experiences as well as our industry-leading benefits. Partners have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with basic and supplemental life insurance. We offer short-term and long-term disability, paid parental leave, family expansion reimbursement, and paid vacation that accrues starting at 0.01961 hours based on a 40-hour week, up to 40 hours annually (64 hours in California) after an introductory period.
Additional perks include sick time, additional pay for working on eight observed holidays, and a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer match. We also offer a discounted company stock program, Starbucks equity program (Bean Stock), incentivized emergency savings, and financial well-being tools. Backup care and DACA reimbursement are also available.
