About the Role
This position is integral to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service within our Food and Beverage & Culinary operations. You will be responsible for the final breakdown of function, ensuring rooms and work areas are thoroughly cleaned and equipment is properly stored. Your day involves setting up and stocking work areas, monitoring sanitation, and practicing clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain a pristine environment.
You will play a key role in guest satisfaction by welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating their service needs, and thanking them with genuine appreciation. The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds independently, as well as navigating sloping or uneven surfaces. You will also assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service and support the team in reaching common goals.
