Our tagline is "Rounds not Rivals," and we are looking for people who want to join our down-to-earth crew of cocktail aficionados. We sling classic and playful drinks in a laidback environment where the bar encompasses both an expansive skyline rooftop and an intimate indoor space. We seek individuals who are just as comfortable at a cornhole pit as they are in a cocktail lounge.

The Role

This position focuses on the seamless execution of buffet service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down buffets in a safe, accident-free manner. Your day will involve assisting guests to ensure all foods are properly served, maintaining the cleanliness of your station, and communicating needs to management. The role requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support the dynamic needs of our hotel and event guests.
