About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Full Time Banquet Bartender to bring the spirit of Canopy to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and know how to keep the energy high while delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you!

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, contributing to the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will be the face of the bar, greeting guests and responding to inquiries in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Your role involves mixing and garnishing beverages according to recipe standards, managing point-of-sale transactions, and maintaining a well-stocked and high-quality bar environment. You will also be expected to respond professionally to inebriated guests as needed.
