We are seeking a General Manager to lead a unique, wellness-focused retreat in Wisconsin. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who values guest experience, team culture, and thoughtful operations. The property is built around intentional hospitality—where the environment, programming, and service all work together to create something meaningful for guests.
The ideal candidate understands how to balance operational performance with human-centered leadership, creating an experience that resonates with both guests and team members. You will partner with ownership on programming, positioning, and long-term vision, ensuring a seamless and intentional guest experience from arrival to departure while maintaining the unique identity of the property.
