Success in this role requires a thorough knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and prices, as well as a strict adherence to our sequence of service. You will be responsible for handling guest checks according to internal hotel policy, maintaining a neat and orderly station, and ensuring every table is approached within two minutes. Teamwork is essential as you collaborate with other team members to uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards.
