About the Role

You will serve as the strategic architect for the One Financial platform, defining and delivering the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. This role exists to ensure alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and enterprise architecture standards while driving adoption across multiple products and business units. As the primary liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex financial and operational requirements into scalable platform capabilities, emphasizing reusability, integration, and long-term innovation.

In this position, you will act as the voice of the customer, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to inform critical product decisions. You will partner closely with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver high-quality platform capabilities through Agile/Scrum methodologies, while establishing and enforcing platform standards including APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
