The Payments practice is part of the Financial Services North America Banking Client Service Group, providing consulting and outsourcing services to retail banking and payments clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. We serve more than 600 unique clients in 24 countries, including banks, networks, merchants, fintechs, and payment platforms. Our North American Payments practice drives go-to-market strategies and offerings for U.S. and Canadian clients, leveraging global payment practices to deliver solutions in Payment Innovation, Card Issuing, Retail Bank Payments, and Commercial Cash Management.
As a Payments Senior Manager, you will be dedicated to helping clients design and deliver strategic solutions that achieve compliance, mitigate risks, and seize revenue growth opportunities. You will partner with clients to develop world-class business and technology solutions across a wide range of payment methods, serving as a business architect during engagements. Your day will involve conducting operating model assessments, performing vendor due diligence, and participating in process design and requirements gathering for payments systems implementations. You will also contribute to the development of best-in-class, reusable assets and participate in business development to originate new client opportunities. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to travel up to 80% (Monday–Thursday) to client sites.
