About the Role
As a Baker on our Food Services Team, you will be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role offers the opportunity to work with top-of-the-line equipment and follow mouth-watering recipes to bring new dreams to life. You will bake and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes, ensuring every item meets our high standards.
Your day will involve setting up workstations, preparing ingredients through measuring, weighing, and mixing, and operating equipment such as ovens, stoves, and mixers. Safety is paramount; you will adhere to strict production and safety guidelines, properly store food, and maintain a clean, sanitized work environment. Beyond the kitchen, you will maintain excellent customer service, fostering a positive demeanor with guests, clients, and co-workers.
