Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFacilitate Agile delivery for EDIM teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies
- check_circlePartner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and track sprint metrics
- check_circleProvide transparent status reporting on sprint progress and team performance
- check_circleSupport release planning and coordination across EDIM teams
- check_circleEnsure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed across the delivery lifecycle
- check_circlePromote continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile delivery process
- check_circleProactively identify and remove impediments while managing risks and dependencies
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines, Agile Scrum, Sprint Planning Tracking, Stakeholder Communication, and/or Risk Dependency Management
