About the Role
In this AWS Administrator position, you will join an exciting journey where your contributions truly matter. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions. Your role involves providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across the organization, reflecting deep expertise in AWS Administration.
You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations by driving incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration. By monitoring systems and trends, you will proactively prevent incidents and enhance performance. Additionally, you will track and facilitate the acceptance of changes to production environments with precision, operating IT production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements. Your work will require close collaboration with various teams to maintain and improve operational excellence.
