This position supports the credit risk management of Travel Cobrand portfolios at Synchrony. You will serve as a key partner to retail clients, client teams, and internal stakeholders, driving the identification and management of consumer credit risk across the entire cardholder life-cycle. The role combines data gathering, advanced analytics, and strategic reporting to ensure safety and soundness while fostering smart growth.
You will act as a leader in developing enhanced strategies, utilizing champion/challenger methodologies to balance credit and fraud risk. Your work will directly influence informed decision-making through client-facing presentations and by providing critical analytics for deal and promotional pricing activities. Additionally, you will coordinate multisite and country resources to ensure the accuracy of monthly management information systems (MIS) and reporting requirements.

You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, including regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
