This position supports the credit risk management of Travel Cobrand portfolios at Synchrony. You will serve as a key partner to retail clients, client teams, and internal stakeholders, driving the identification and management of consumer credit risk across the entire cardholder life-cycle. Through data gathering and advanced analytics, you will provide the insights necessary to balance portfolio growth with safety and soundness.
Your work will involve preparing and presenting client-facing and leadership reports to facilitate informed decision-making. As a leader in the organization, you will champion strategies that manage credit and fraud risk, utilizing champion/challenger methodologies to enhance performance. You will also coordinate multisite and country resources to ensure the accuracy of monthly management information system (MIS) reporting and align planning cycles with client teams.
At Synchrony, we offer flexibility in how you work. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities, such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events. Please note that Field Sales and some Commercial team roles may have varied location requirements based upon partner obligations or preferences.
