As a Java Development Lead, you will play a vital role in leading the team through design, architecture, and the implementation of solutions. You will collaborate with an ever-evolving company to build technology products that scale and perform at high speed. You will work collaboratively with Product Management and Platform Engineering teams to design, architect, and implement solutions across geographic locations, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous process improvement.
