About the Role
As a Java Development Lead, you will play a vital role in leading the team through design, architecture, and the implementation of solutions. You will collaborate with an ever-evolving company to build technology products that scale and perform at high speed. This is a time to move from traditional methods to agile ones, tackling new challenges and defining your career path. You will work collaboratively with Product Management and Platform Engineering teams to design, architect, and implement solutions across geographic locations, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous process improvement.
