About the Role

As a Java Development Lead, you will play a vital role in leading the team through design, architecture, and the implementation of solutions. You will collaborate with an ever-evolving company to build technology products that scale and perform at high speed. Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleLead the design and architecture of solutions to meet business requirements
  • check_circleDesign and implement continuous integration and delivery processes for production
  • check_circleCollaborate with Product Management and Platform Engineering teams on product development
  • check_circleProvide guidance to product teams to ensure compliance with standards and best practices
  • check_circleCollaborate with internal resources and vendors to resolve technical issues
  • check_circleSupport cloud-native development activities including automation scripts and build pipelines
  • check_circlePerform technology assessments and create proofs of concept as necessary
  • check_circleImplement security measures using Elliptical Curve, RSA, and AES encryption algorithms

Requirements

  • verifiedBachelor's degree with 5+ years IT experience OR High School diploma with 8+ years IT experience
  • verified5+ years software development experience (Spring/Java, Encryption/Tokenization, ReactJS, RDBMS, NoSQL)
  • verified2+ years systems automation and integration experience

  • verifiedMust be 18 years or older

Nice to Have

Experience in agile methodology and/or using lean techniques. Sound experience in building systems that can protect data using strong encryption/tokenization algorithms. Minimum 2 years of experience with Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, and/or other Continuous Integration tools. Recent experience with design and implementation of products on cloud and Micro services based eco-systems and Application modernization. Experience in building products for application monitoring and resiliency. Experience working with SAML, OAuth2, Active Directory and network protocols. Experience with implementing data caching and in-memory technologies at scale.
