As a Java Development Lead, you will play a vital role in leading the team through design, architecture, and the implementation of solutions. You will be expected to tackle new challenges, move from traditional methods to agile ones, and challenge peers and leadership to drive innovation. Your day will involve defining your career path while working collaboratively with Product Management and Platform Engineering teams to iteratively refine products across geographic locations. You will also guide product teams to ensure compliance with standards, resolve complex issues with internal resources and third-party vendors, and maintain deep hands-on technical knowledge of modern software development trends.

Experience in agile methodology and/or using lean techniques. Sound experience in building systems that can protect data using strong encryption/tokenization algorithms. Minimum 2 years of experience with Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo, and/or other Continuous Integration tools. Recent experience with design and implementation of products on cloud and Micro services based eco-systems and Application modernization. Experience in building products for application monitoring and resiliency. Experience working with SAML, OAuth2, Active Directory and network protocols. Experience with implementing data caching and in-memory technologies at scale.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology required; High School diploma with 8 years experience as alternative to Bachelor's.
