The Automotive Valet position plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore. In this role, you are responsible for lane management and will perform various tasks and errands to ensure the dealership operates smoothly.
You will be the first point of contact for many customers, greeting every visitor with a smile and directing them to their desired destinations when parking or retrieving their vehicles. Your day will involve assisting with service write-ups, tagging customer vehicles, and maintaining efficient vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated. You will also support Advisors and Technicians by moving client vehicles to and from the shop, providing shuttle service when requested, and ensuring the cleanliness of the service area, driveways, and walkways.
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening, which includes a criminal background check, review of consumer and motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security Number. Employment is on an at-will basis and subject to termination if dealership rules and regulations are violated.
