About the Role

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you will be the backbone of our business. In this role, you will install new tires and wheels and perform essential services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to ensure our customers' vehicles operate safely. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing proven processes to deliver best-in-class service while meeting customer-promised delivery times.

This position is designed for those who enjoy staying active and value reliability, punctuality, and teamwork. Whether you are an experienced professional or new to the field, we offer paid training to teach you everything you need to know. You will be motivated by a competitive base compensation structure that includes significant weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed, totaling up to $800 during the introductory period.
