As a technician at Hennessy, you are responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of customer vehicles. You will maintain vehicle functional condition by listening to customer complaints, reviewing service advisor notes, conducting inspections, and repairing mechanical and electrical system malfunctions. Your day involves verifying vehicle serviceability through test drives, adjusting controls, and ensuring compliance with federal and state vehicle requirements. You will also keep shop equipment in pristine condition, update your job knowledge as required by the manufacturer, and communicate professionally with service advisors and the parts department.
Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. The work environment includes frequent movement around company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. We offer a climate-controlled work environment and state-of-the-art facilities.
