About the Role
You will work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with climate-controlled environments and built-in toolboxes, allowing you to focus on your craft. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining vehicle functional conditions by listening to customer concerns, conducting thorough inspections, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems. Your day will involve performing preventative maintenance, verifying serviceability through test drives, and ensuring compliance with federal and state vehicle requirements. You will also maintain accurate records in the Reynolds system and keep shop equipment in pristine condition. Success in this position requires professional communication with service advisors and the parts department to keep customers informed about their repairs.
Hiring Process
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening, which includes a criminal background check, review of consumer and motor vehicle records, verification of SSN, and a drug test at a certified facility. Employment is on an at-will basis and subject to termination if dealership rules and regulations are violated.
