About the Role
As a BMW Technician, you will be at the forefront of innovative automotive diagnostic technologies. Your primary mission is to perform diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance for both customer and dealership vehicles, ensuring every car is "Fixed Right the First Time" to provide the ultimate customer experience.
In this role, you will work on a variety of automotive systems, including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, strictly adhering to Center and Factory standards. You will collaborate directly with Service Advisors and Parts Department employees to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. Beyond technical execution, you will be responsible for performing quality control checks, managing repair documentation, and maintaining an organized, clean workspace.
We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is excited by the opportunity to hone their skills through continual proprietary BMW training.
