About the Team
BMW of Beaumont, located in Beaumont, TX, is seeking passionate and skilled technicians to join the BMW family. As part of our service department, you will be dedicated to maintaining the reputation of The Ultimate Driving Machine by delivering the ultimate customer experience.
About the Role
You will be a vital part of our service team, responsible for receiving and executing repair orders with precision. Your day will involve performing diagnostic services and troubleshooting to identify repair needs, followed by providing accurate labor, time, and parts estimates. You will execute high-quality, efficient repairs across various automotive systems—including engines, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning—strictly adhering to Center and Factory standards.
Beyond the repair bay, you will conduct quality control checks to ensure every vehicle is returned in perfect condition and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Success in this role requires seamless communication with Service Advisors and the Parts Department, as well as a commitment to continual proprietary training to hone your expertise in industry-leading BMW technologies. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to "Fix it Right the First Time."

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in any luxury OEM or BMW experience in an OEM or independent shop. Automotive technical training or trade school degree. ASE Certifications.
