About the Role
The Automotive Sales Person is responsible for all facets of the vehicle sales and lease process, guiding customers from the initial greeting through to the final delivery of their vehicle. We are seeking a tenacious individual who seamlessly connects with people, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to our sales team.
Day in the Life
You will spend your time engaging with customers to determine their specific needs and discuss the best vehicle options for them. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies is essential to providing expert guidance. You will perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles, building and nurturing relationships to cultivate a strong, lifelong clientele. Your role also includes following up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business. Success in this position requires bringing your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every single day.
