DARCARS of Silver Spring is seeking an entry-level Automotive Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of vehicle care our customers expect, ensuring every vehicle leaves our bay in optimal condition.
About the Role
As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will be the first line of defense in vehicle maintenance, performing essential tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, and routine inspections. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a team environment and take pride in executing repetitive tasks with precision and attention to detail. You will utilize manufacturer training to stay current with new technologies while ensuring customer vehicles are returned in the same or better condition than when they arrived.
Hiring Process
Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment screening, which includes a background check, review of consumer and motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security number. Employment is on an at-will basis and subject to termination if dealership rules and regulations are violated.
