About the Role
This position serves as an Electronics Technician supporting the Department of Defense across Colorado, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming. Working alone or in small teams, you will perform testing and maintenance on Automatic Tank Gauging Systems, Independent Alarm Systems, Overfill Protection Systems, and Ground Verification Systems at key installations such as Buckley SFB, Malmstrom AFB, Hill AFB, and F.E. Warren AFB.
Your primary focus is ensuring the proper operation of fuels accounting, alarm monitoring, and leak detection equipment. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install electronic components and electrical systems using hand tools and testing instruments. A significant part of your day involves maintaining organized, detailed records of work performed and coordinating travel to customer sites. You will be responsible for managing on-hand components, assigned safety equipment, and basic hand tools, while maintaining thorough communication with dispatchers, managers, and installation teams to ensure schedules are met and delays are properly conveyed.
This role requires extensive travel throughout the region to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance. You will compile and reconcile travel charging weekly and must be prepared to work in diverse environments, including heights up to 50 feet and confined spaces.
Hiring Process

Successful candidates must be able to acquire and maintain a U.S. government security clearance and/or Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days of hire.
