About the Role

As an Automation Technician, you will be the backbone of our automation infrastructure, ensuring our production lines remain reliable and optimized. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering design and daily operations, installing, programming, and troubleshooting complex systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation. You will work closely with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement projects and resolve root cause issues that impact production.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of hands-on technical work and strategic problem-solving. You will execute preventive maintenance, support the commissioning of new equipment, and document critical changes to schematics while adhering to GMP and food safety standards. By collaborating across departments, you will help maintain the high operational standards that define our cooperative culture.
