About the Role
At the front line of the Safelite experience, the Auto Glass Technician is an entrepreneurial, hands-on professional. You will leverage Safelite training, industry-leading tools, and technology to complete repairs, replacements, and recalibrations in the shop and on the go with our Mobile Glass Shop offerings. This role is designed for those who want to provide exceptional customer service while solving complex automotive challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCommunicate with customers and promote Safelite promotional items and services
- check_circleSafely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday
- check_circleProvide vehicle glass repair and replacement services in shop or mobile settings
- check_circleOperate specialized tools and technologies including True Seal and MRM systems
- check_circleRecalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing
Requirements
